Chair Exercise

Participate in familiar exercises that have been modified to be completed from a chair.  Build muscle strength and stay flexible.  Program is for ages 55 and up and meets on Mondays and Thursdays from 10 - 11 a.m.  Call 972-205-3305 or email Carver Senior Center for more information.
