Take some me time!  Shape up body and mind through prescribed postures and poses, mediation, and controlled breathing.  Beginner students and fitness enthusiasts alike improve flexibility, relieve stress, and tone muscle while improving body and mind connection.  Program is for ages 16 and up and meets Mondays from 7 to 8 p.m and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to Noon.
